Welcome to Connected Entertainment Photo Booths! Since 2010 we brought the typical photo booth experience to a new level. Our photo booth rentals include Unlimited Prints, Props, Live Video Message, Custom Header/Footer Banner, Photo Booth Host/Operator, Color or Black & White Prints, Digital Copies on CD/USB, Delivery & Setup of Photo Booth. One of many things that makes our company different from other photo booth company. We have multiple types of photo booths to choose from. The different types of booths are: Standard, Elegant Wrapped, Green Screen, and Open Air. When it comes to getting your printed photo strips. Now most photo booth companies only include double prints. This means 1 copy goes to the guest, while the other copy is for the client that rented the photo booth. So if the client wants more than the double prints there is usually an additional fee involved. We are one of the few photo booth companies that include unlimited prints. This means everyone who enters the photo booth will receive a personal copy. Our photo booths can fit up to 10 guest inside. So if 10 guests enter, all 10 guests will receive their own photo strip. When it comes time to book one of our photo booths. We require a 25% deposit to secure your date and the remaining balance due 30 days prior.
Below I will go in to a little bit of detail on the standard features that we offer with our photo booths and some of the premium upgrades that are included in the promotion we currently have running.
We offer a lot of standard features and add-ons that I would like to tell you briefly about. When renting from Connected Entertainment we provide great standard features like:
Custom Art Work: You print strips will be made to suit your request. Colors, fonts, style, and even the layout can all be custom made.
Live Video Messages: Guests can enter the booth and create up to a 30 sec video clip leaving your best wishes, imparting good advice, or perhaps bringing up a funny moment from a past event.
Flash Drive with Photos: A copy of all of the photos from the event will be placed on a flash drive and handed to you at the end.
Prop Box: A wide assortment of hats, glasses, boas, signs, and stick props.

Elegant Bridal Wrapping ($100): Our Standard Photo Booth is transformed from ordinary to extraordinary with our custom elegant bridal wrap. This wrap is made of bridal gown style material that encases the entire booth to add class and elegance to your event. GREAT FOR WEDDINGS!

Memory Book ($125): The memory book is a feature most bridal parties opt for as it takes one photo from each session and places them neatly in a scrap book allowing guests to leave their personal message. At the end, the book is completed and handed over to you allowing you to see everyone who showed up, their antics, and refer back to it for years to come.
Social Media Upload ($50): We have the ability to upload every photo taken to your guests Facebook, Twitter, Email, or SMS... LIVE. Each of your guests can use our iPad to upload their photo session directly to their personal social media and be automatically logged out upon completion.

Are you available on our event date?
Since we have so many booths there is a good chance we are available, but double check our availability calendar or contact us.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Reserve your date as soon as you know. Dates fill up exceptionally fast during peak seasons. If you have an event that is short notice, contact us as soon as possible.
What size is your photo booth?
At 5′ x 5′ you can fit well over a dozen people in for loads of fun! Generally an 8’ x 8’ space is best.
How many people can fit inside the photo booth?
Our photo booths have a capacity limit of 12 people. Compared to the classic boardwalk style photo booths that have a limit of 2-3 people.
How long should I rent the photo booth for?
In a typical hour the photo booth will be used for 45 sessions. So if you want around 200 prints you should rent it for 4 or 5 hours. This depends on how available you want the Connected Entertainment to be for your guests. Of course it also depends on how long your event is and how many people are attending. To ensure that everyone gets a chance to use your Photo Booth you should plan on at least 2 hours for every 100 guests. In most cases our clients rent the photo booth for 5 hours for up to 200 guests.
Do we get unlimited photos?
Yes. With every package the “fun” is unlimited. Bear in mind time restraints however. If the photo booth is completely occupied during one whole hour (which there is a good chance of) you will get approximately 45 sessions during that hour. This includes the time that it takes for people to enter the booth take their photos and exit the booth.
What is the difference between “Unlimited Photos” and “Unlimited Prints”?
Some of the Photo Booth companies out there offer Unlimited Photos but not Unlimited Prints. This simply means that you and your guest taking as many pictures inside the photo booth may only get a single copy. For example, there are 6 people inside the photo booth during a photo session. Rather than getting 6 copies of the picture they will only give you a single copy. Connected Entertainment Photo Booths gives a copy to everyone in the picture. We are able to print extras instantly or extra copies at the end of the event. The client will also receive a USB flash at the end of the event. The flash drive contains a copy of each photo strip and each individual picture.
So, I have rented a photo booth. What do I do next?
Just relax! We will arrive at your event 1 hour early to set up. After the last photo is taken, it will take us an hour to break down. This is NOT included in the time that you rent out. For example, if you choose a 4 hour package, our professionals will actually be at your event for 6 hours.

Is the photo booth easy to use?
The photo booth is VERY easy to use. Just follow the easy instructions on the screen. Your pictures are taken and displayed within a second. Prints are available outside of the booth within 20 seconds.
How do your photo booths work?
With the push of an arcade button, guests will have a choice of taking either a color photo or a black and white photo. If traditional photos are chosen, the booth will then take 4 consecutive pictures 7 seconds apart, and then the traditional photo strips will print in less than 20 seconds!
Do you have any suggestions on how to make sure we and our guests take full advantage of the photo booth?
Based on the event, place the booth in a popular area such as near the bar or dance floor. We would suggest you let your guests know where it is and that it is available to them at no cost.
Easy and creative ways to do this is:
-MC or DJ announcements
-Provide a note at the place setting.
-Have us provide an external monitor to display the shenanigans occurring in the booth (this draws crowds)
-Offer the photo with a frame, key chain or specialized logo as a gift
How many photos can the photo booth take per hour?
45-55 prints
How long do I have to wait for the print to come out?
We use all digital technology that is safe for the environment and speeds up the process immensely. As soon as you start taking your first picture and then the last picture is taken. Our prints are usually out to you within about 1 minute from the start of the session.
What if I do not want a color Photo booth, what are my other options?
The photo booth offers a black and white option if color prints are not preferred which can be changed on site for each photo session. We also offer a green screen package see pricing for details in various customizable options.
Will they fade to nothing after a week or so?
Prints are made using the same technology as one hour photo labs. So there is no need to wait for your print to dry, and risk smudging it all up. When it comes out it’s all done, dry, and ready to enjoy! Your strips should also last you more than a lifetime.
Do we need any special kind of hookup or facilities, to set up the photo booth on-site?
A normal AC power source is all that is needed, preferably within 10 feet.
Can we personalize the prints?
Yes. You have the option of adding text to the prints (such as your event name) a logo or your picture. You may choose to have a picture of the Bride and Groom, birthday girl, etc. as the 4th picture on every strip. You may also add a logo with a date or other special information. We will go over this with you before the event and act upon your approval.
Can the photo booth be setup outside?
Yes, if there is shelter provided such as a tent or cover. If nothing is provided we may be able to provide a cover. There may be an addition charge for this cover. Without shelter, the elements could lessen the quality of the photos. Keep in mind that electricity is required to run the Connected Entertainment. Here again, we can provide a “quiet” generator to supply sufficient electricity. There will be an additional charge for this service.

So, I have rented a photo booth. What do I do next?

Do you charge extra to setup the photo booth?
No. Set-up is included in the price.
Will there be someone at the event to maintain the photo booth?
Yes. Professionally dressed Hosts on hand and will accompany the booth to your event. They will monitor the booth constantly to insure it’s running properly.
What does the person do once they are inside the photo booth?
They simply follow the on-screen instructions which will entail pushing either the black & white or color button, (if you give them the choice) then watching the countdown and smiling for the camera. One of the advantages of our photo booth is that it is very user friendly.
Can we have the photo booth shut down for an hour or two during the event?
Considering that our 4 hour package is our most popular. There is usually time to shut down the Connected Entertainment if you have a need to. Your 4 hours start when you have contracted it to start.
What if I want more than one copy of the same image?
Not a problem. Keep in mind an extra picture is printed for your scrapbook. If yet another copy is desired, just ask! As many strips as you would like to have can be printed at any session.
What if we lose a print?
You can have a copy of every picture taken put in your scrapbook. You will be given a flash drive of all your pictures handed to you at the end of your event
Can we get a copy of the images taken by the digital photo booth?
Yes all photo booth rentals include a USB flash drive with all of the photos taken at high resolution.
What if I need to cancel or change dates?
Because of the number of photo booths we own, there is almost a chance that you can change your date. If you need to change your date, there is never a charge for a date change if done with at least 2 weeks’ notice. If you need to cancel your order entirely, any money paid as a deposit cannot be returned. We will however apply your deposit to any future date no matter when or how far out your new date may be.
Can we regulate how often people visit the photo booth?
Yes. We will have to come up with a plan with you before the event if you think that may be a problem. This is commonly considered when lots of kids are at an event, as they tend to use the photo booth a lot. Mind you, this is okay by us, but if you think it may be a problem then we can implement a “ticket” plan or something of the sort, that way all the adults will get a fair shot at the fun!
Can we rent more than one photo booth for our event?
Yes! We try to always have at least two booths available at a moment’s notice. Dates tend to fill up pretty fast. If you would like to book an additional photo booth please book ASAP.
How much time is needed to set up the photo booth?
One hour minimum. If there are any special requirements we may need a little more time.
Can I see a picture of the photo booth?
Yes! We have a picture on our price menu and on our homepage and Facebook.
Are you able to provide a demonstration of how your photo booth works?
