We offer individual meals, as well as Power Prep Meal Deals in packs of 5 or 10. We do the leg work – shop, prep, cook, clean and deliver. When properly stored, food remains fresh for 4-5 full days. We offer two ordering options - Orders being placed between Wednesday and Friday at Noon to be delivered Saturdays between 3-10 PM. Orders being placed between Saturday and Tuesday at Noon to be delivered Wednesdays between 3-10 PM. You will receive a text reminder within one hour of your delivery. Orders for pick up must be placed from Saturday to Friday at Noon for Pick Up at 623 Essex Ave. Spring Lake, NJ, on Saturday between 2-4 PM.
